Products may be retuned if unused and within 14 days from date of purchase.
Lightly used products may be returned within 7 days of purchase. 
All jewellery is final sale.

For the protection of our teams livelihood, we require a credit card on file to reserve service times. We ask for a minimum of 24 hrs to 48 hrs  if it is necessary or cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No show appointments: All no show appointments will result in a FULL CHARGE for the payment of the booked appointment.  

Failure to provide at least 24 hrs to 48 hrs cancellation or rescheduling notice will result in a 50% charge for the booked appointment.

If payment cannot be successfully applied to the card on file, prepayment status will apply and the previous fee must be paid prior to future bookings.
